This design depicts the legendary Swedish SL type C5 “Silver Arrow” subway train that was manufactured in the early 60’s, and in use in the Stockholm subway system until the mid 90’s.
Inspired by the type C5 subway car, this design was drawn from memory using the limited character set of the classic Amiga computer, and then further remixed using our extended custom set of characters.
This approach allows for a very minimalistic visual interpretation of an otherwise complex construction.
