Payment Methods

 

HarikaZen offers three payment methods.

  • Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express)
  • PayPal Express (No need to register on PayPal to pay with debit/credit cards, read further down this document)
  • Bank Deposit
  • Bitcoin

About Placing Orders

 

An order placed on our shop becomes binding as soon as we have received complete payment for the order.

  • If the payment method for the order is Creditcard, your order confirmation e-mail is your receipt.
  • If the payment method for the order is PayPal, your order confirmation e-mail is your receipt.
  • If the payment method for the order is Bank Deposit, your shipping confirmation will be your receipt.

If no payment has been received for your order within one week of placing a bank deposit order, we reserve the right to cancel it.

Our obligations regarding returns start at the time the aforementioned e-mails are sent. In some cases, we have the right to cancel parts of, or an entire order, for reasons not covered by this document. Whenever applicable, a refund will be made, either in part, or in full. Read our Terms of Service for more information.

How To place an order at HarikaZen

 

After adding items to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout by going to your shopping cart, and pressing the 'Checkout' button.

On the next page, you will be asked to either log in, or continue as guest (No registration is needed for this option).

If you choose 'Continue as Guest', or if you successfully have logged in, you will be redirected to the 'Create Order' page 1/3. From here on all your input will be secured by SSL encryption to keep your information protected.

Here you can either review, or fill in your shipping information. You can select to register billing to a different address than the shipping address by deselecting the 'Ship items to the above billing address' selector at the bottom of the page.

When pressing the 'Continue' button, you will be redirected to the 'Shipping & Payment' page 2/3.

 

If you have received a HarikaZen discount code, you may enter it here. You also have the option of selecting the shipping method (we currently only offer two shipping methods, primary one will be auto selected).

Select either Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Deposit as a payment method.

Press the 'Continue' button to proceed to the 'Please review your order' page 3/3.

On this page you can see an overview of your order and have the option to edit everything before you proceed.

Press the 'Complete my purchase' button to complete you order or choose to 'Return to the shop'.

 

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express)


If you selected the 'Credit Card' payment method, you will be able to fill out the required forms on the same page.

When you pay for your order using this method, we will be notified immediately. The estimated time of delivery will be effective from the time we have received the payment for your order. The delivery times can be found on our shipping and delivery page.
 

 

Note that any personal information will be pre-filled in the appropriate fields.

Press the 'Review and Continue' button to check the payment details, and send the payment to us. You can return to our shop from the confirmation page. 

Attention! Your debit/credit card details are never revealed to us, and are used only by the Credit Card Company. HarikaZen will only be notified that the transaction was successful.

 

PayPal (debit/credit card payment)


If you selected the 'PayPal' payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal payment page.
When you pay for your order using this method, we will be notified immediately. The estimated time of delivery will be effective from the time we have received the payment for your order. The delivery times can be found on our shipping and delivery page.

How can I pay by debit/credit card on PayPal, without registering?

1. Choose the PayPal payment method on the checkout page 2/3.

2. When you press the 'Complete my Purchase' button, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal payment page.

4. Type your debit/credit card information in the following fields:


Note that any personal information will be automatically sent to PayPal from us, and will be pre-filled in the appropriate fields.

5. Press the 'Review and Continue' button to check the payment details, and send the payment to us. You can return to our shop from the confirmation page. Attention! Your debit/credit card details are never revealed to us, and are used only by PayPal. HarikaZen will only be notified that the transaction was successful.

 

Bank Deposit

 

If you selected the 'Bank Deposit' payment method, a page with instructions on how to complete the bank deposit will be displayed. It is very important that you follow the instructions displayed on this page. If you did not follow these instructions correctly, we will not be able to refund your payment or fulfill your order. Your package will be completed and delivered after receiving your payment.

 

Bitcoin

 

If you selected the 'Bitcoin' payment method, you will be able to send funds to our Bitcoin wallet address. After clicking 'Review order', you will be redirected to BitPay to complete your purchase securely. 

This transaction method includes the standard Bitcoin transaction fee and will use the value of BTC/EUR at the time of your purchase.
